GOODBYE, FOREVER21; HELLO, GAP…
I worked with Forever21, Inc in Alderwood Mall here in Washington for about 3weeks. Yap, 3weeks! Who would’ve thought I’d survive in a retail store huh, considering that I worked my ass pretty hard in the corporate back in my homeland…but yea, i did survive retail job & modesty aside, i ranked #1 in the employee ranking thing during my 1st week! ,eheehee. I resigned not because i didnt like it (’cus Forever21 is really sucha busy place) but i had another job offer which apparently, i accepted (who’d not accept a parttime job that offers much higher income & bigger employee discounts on their goods –Gap, GapKids, GapMaternity, BananaRep, & OldNavy–its for the whole family, eh). I’m now with Gap Store also in the same mall. I (still) go to work 5pm til close (10pm) on weekdays and anytime on weekends…and i am hoping that i’ll also gain good (and crazy) friends now that i’m in this new store (bec. i really do miss my b^tches in forever21!).
